Erik vonBlankenburg has been a licensed general contractor since 1989. At the age of 4, Erik started working with his father, Conrad, who is also a general contractor. After graduating from high school Erik entered the Carpenters Union
Apprenticeship Training System. In 1986 he became a Journeyman Carpenter. He then went on to become a licensed contractor.
Erik's early training was primarily on large multi-unit construction projects where cost efficiency was the key to success. Erik brings that experience to his home building/remodeling business. Erik has always exercised cost efficient construction methods and material conservation. These days it is referred to as "green" building.
Our projects vary in size and complexity. From small repairs, to large scale remodels, to subterranean garage/basement additions which often require the lifting of the existing building. No matter what size your project is we have the experience to make it a reality.
